Little Momma
Here is Little Momma Brook! This was early Friday
morning before we took her to the airport to fly
up and suprise Charlie! She looks AWESOME! She and
the baby are doing wonderfully! Charlie just finished
one of the hardest Special Forces training as he
completed S.E.R.E school - where he actually became
a POW. Brook really made the day by being there as
he completed this phase. They will be looking for
a house this week and Brook will get moved up there
by the end of January!

GATORS ROMP the Seminoles!
Courtney and I traveled to Gainesville on Saturday
to see the annual "hate-fest" between our Florida
Gators and the dreaded Florida State Seminoles!
Courtney was pumped!!! The boys from Tallahassee
never knew what hit them as Tim Tebow and speedy
Percy Harvin led the Gators to an old fashioned
butt-whipping 45 - 12!!!
I always have a flood of long ago memories when
I go back to Gainesville and this trip was no
exception... The stadium has changed dramatically
and there are a LOT more people - but it is
still there - right there where it was when I
was a young guy.... It's bigger and brighter
and our time flew...AWESOME!!!
Courtney continues her love affair with Mr Tebow!!
We had a BALL!!! Special memories with the best
daughter in the world at the SWAMP!

I'm most Thankful!!!
Thanksgiving - I am always humbled by this day every
year because I have so very much to be thankful for! I
have been blessed beyond my dreams!
We grew to 5 this year with Brook becoming a beautiful
addition to the family! Charlie and Brook came in on
Monday so we will all be together! Courtney will bring
a new friend to Thanksgiving dinner! I really think we
should be in a "Thanksgiving mood" every day and be
aware of all we have to be thankful for!
We will converge on Steve and Adrienne's house for
the big feast this afternoon and watch football - what
else could you want???
Our 2 Labradors have grown in to such beautiful
parts of our life and keep us busy everyday - big
bundles of love!
Then - on Saturday.... Courtney and I will travel to
Gainesville to watch our Gators deal with those ugly
ole Seminoles!!! GO GATORS!!!!!
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home,
a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today,
and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Camera Woman!
Last Friday I had the awesome privilege of photographing the
Steve Yerrid Kids Fishing Derby for the children from the Pediatric
Cancer Society! These children are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
My lovely bride was my assistant and here she is - "Getting
the shot"! She was great, had a lot of fun and fell in love with
the children as I have - she also got many GREAT pictures.
I'll be posting more in the coming days!!!

Celebration!!!!
This image is from my friend Laurie Jackson's site.
PLEASE celebrate with her today as her son, Rob has safely
returned from Iraq!!! I met Laurie through a photoblog community
and she showed alot of support and kindness when Charlie
was in Iraq and upon his return. We have kept up with each
others families and I know where her heart has been while
Rob was over there. But TODAY she is happy and Rob is
home for a little while and the world feels MUCH better!
We all appreciate the job Rob has done and I admire him
tremendously and all those that go with him!

is an incredibly talented photographer!
