This is part of woodcarving yard in Townsend, Tennesee. They are amazing here - they do the woodcarving with chainsaws!!! Incredible detail and shape! We got our "Smokey" bear from here last year - very talented people!
oh wow!!! I remember when I first got into chainsaw carving...It was after a trip to Florida in 1998...I found a man on the road side that made the most amazing things using his chainsaw...when I got home I had to try it....

We bought a 'bear' when vacationing in the Smokies. You almost have to after the third or fourth visit. :)

No wood chain saw art here in Sandpoint, but we do have ice sculptures in winter done with small chain saws...really cool looking.
